This system is part of the Michigan Public Safety Communications System (M.P.S.C.S.), a Motorola APCO-25 Project 25 Common Air Interface Exclusive digital trunked system. They have their own frequencies on it. Fenton City, who has their own 911 system, has its own talkgroups on it. You WILL NEED a digital trunktracking scanner (A Radio Shack Pro 96, a Radio Shack Pro 2096, a Radio Shack Pro 106, a Radio Shack Pro 197, a Uniden BC296D, a Uniden BC796D, a Uniden BCD396T, a Uniden BCD996T, a GRE PSR 500 or a GRE PSR 600) to monitor it.
